Dawn and Dusk Simulators

A dawn simulator gently wakes you to a simulated sunrise rather than jarring you awake with a loud noise.

It is a method by which it uses a light that comes on slowly in the early morning to imitate a natural sunrise.

Your body clock responds to this stimulus by speeding up and reinforcing the waking up process so that you woke up before your eyes open.
