The benefits of the different lights are:
Blue light – proven to have powerful anti-bacterial properties and is used to treat mild to moderate acne. Blue light also helps to purify the skin, stabilize oil glands, and soothe inflammation.
Infrared (IR) light – unable to be seen by the naked eye, penetrates deeper than any other color in the spectrum.
